We love this place! They’re always super helpful and kind. They also allowed us to return our cat food just because our cat didn’t like it, and helped pick out another one that might work.

Absolutely the best. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. I’ve got auto order for most my dog and cats food but I still like to come in and pickup sometimes because it’s that nice here. If there’s a sale going on they’ll make sure you get in on it. If your pet doesn’t like the food they’ll take it back. They’ll give very knowledgeable suggestions as best they can for food/supplements etc. One time I didn’t realize I had an auto order coming up right after I did an in-store pickup, and they gave me a phone call before it went thru to double check I meant to get it. Like I said, seriously the best place I’ve ever gotten pet food and supplies from.
