As I write this on the first day of 2017, I find myself excited for the year in front of TFS. I wish you could hear how motivated my team is to help our customers each and every day. The conversations and drive they have is very motivating to me. I find myself lucky. Because this isn’t just my dream, it’s our dream, to help people and their pets.
